Modi's Visit to US and Real Picture

Thanks Wilson, author of the article, listed below, on which I am commenting, for updating the report on Modi's USA visit. We all knew the real background and effect of this visit through social media and silence by the US media, yet a holistic view is welcome!
Part of Indians; I am not including the paid agents and media; who are over enthusiastic in Modi due national chauvinism and religiosity, do love in believing the euphoria, rhetoric and jingoism rather in the ground reality! This is in nature of people of 3rd world countries, who o...n one side love to see their country being proud sovereign, and yet bow to the might of USA's wealth and military force!!!!

Majority of Indians are struggling to gather their basic subsistence rather watching the corporates' created drama; although they are politically conscious more than ever before. People wanted change and so 31% of cast votes in previous LS election preferred BJP, but very soon, in previous by elections, there was drop of 10% vote in approx. 3 months for BJP!!!
Above analysis, I am not doing to defame Modi or BJP but to show how people are restive and are looking for change as they do not want to wait "long" as before.

Is Elelction Free & Fair?

More than 2 lakhs voters’ names were missing from Mumbai Voters List! EC apologised but question is- Is this per chance or a ‘simple’ mistake of EC or a planned conspiracy? If latter is true, which sounds to be true, then next question is- Are old election days revisited that is not free and fair?

There has been many sting operations, investigations and exposures which seriously belittles the claim of free and fair election, like, Operation Lok Sabha (http://news.oneindia.in/india/revealed-how-bogus-votes-can-change-the-lok-sabha-2014-poll-results-1423494.html ), Operation Prime Minister(http://www.sting-pollkhol.in/politics/operation-prime-minister-malpractices-of-opinion-poll-agencies-octel-exposed.html/)  etc.

Media manipulation is well documented and known to the mass and now even the poll survey has lost its meaning due its manipulation for money.

By now, this has become so common that people have stopped worrying about media’s manipulation, democracy and its foundation that is election. Remember? Exposure of NSA by E Joseph Snowden, not far in past? There was huge uproar and even hundreds of EU and USA cities saw massive protests but now USA openly advocates surveillance of world citizens and their leaders in name of security!!

Now, another point of rigging election is manipulation of voters’ choice in voting centres. In the Delhi Vidhan Sabha election, there was an independent candidate whose symbol was torch with light in such fashion that it resembled broom, the AAP symbol. That person was not known to the people yet polled more than 4500 votes and AAP candidate from Matiala VS lost by less than 3500 votes.

On 10 April, West Delhi had 3 Jarnail Singh, 2 as independent whom people had never heard them campaigning. Their symbols were torch and shuttle cork, resembling broom of AAP, at no 13 and 14  and as part of booth management group, I came across voters who voted them instead of AAP erroneously and later nothing could be done except regrets.

I am not talking of bogus voting, though that have taken place and even shown in media and known to people. Modern day election rigging is different than what we witnessed pre T Session era when booths were captured, few persons casting entire votes on gun point. Now call centre era is in, where big political parties hire paid trolls to do photo shop, distort facts in their favour, pay media to alter poll survey, confuse voters in booth polls by various tricks, shadow candidates to offset few hundreds to thousands votes in name of caste/religion and even do bogus voting in favour of their masters. I must add, Rs 300-500 and liquor is distributed among poor voters to cast their votes to the desired candidates and that is very effective. The last method is used widely to get crowd to ‘listen’ to their ‘loved’ leaders.

If one hears the media, he comes across the filthy and inflammatory statements of leaders, like Ramdev, Vinay Katiyar, Vasundhara Raje, Digvijay Singh, Akbaruddin Owaisi, etc. Such statements are pre planned and delivered to excite their paid goons or even some sycophants who replicate them in social media and physically in streets. Attack on AAP members are testimony of this. The by-product of such tactics to garner votes is yet to be seen, but in past they had been fruitful to some extent, sadly. This culture is on rise due lack of proper law, like JLPB and support by state and its machinery.

Yet, let us say our voters have matured and able to separate grains from huge piles of chaff, able to decide right party and right candidate and goes to polling booth and finally casts his vote as desired. Then what? UP overwhelmingly voted for SP and the government was formed and media was gaga on young CM, but very shortly the dream was shattered, Akhilesh Yadav may blame opposition for his failure to deliver but end result was that the smart and matured voter was duped eventually!

 So finally, is there anything like free and fair election? Definitely it’s not. Whatever is happening and whatever is being exposed, do not match. What we come to know may not be tip of ice berg but positively not enough to understand that the present democracy is not for people but for the moneyed class, their agents, where 10,000 Crore or more is spent by single party to lure voters. The election, campaign, media, etc, etc is showcase to prove that democracy exists in India or in any 3^rd world countries or even in developed countries but reality is different. Present day voters are tricked into participating in election process once in 5 year and same old exploitation machine continues its work then after. In reality, the corporates continue growing, their agents namely Congress, BJP and their various allies may change but people’s miseries remain same.

More than 10 Crore child labours, 8 Crore homeless and faceless people, 2 Crore women and girls selling their bodies to sustain themselves, etc is clear indication of failure of democracy, market economy and now fake election and pro corporates state and its machinery has ensured that democracy is for the corporates and is run by them through proxy!! 

Lastly, AAP is leading mass and progressive forces for revolution through parliamentary election. But having seen and experienced Delhi episode, where it fell short of majority, one of the reason being distortion of electoral process, and had to resign later as the state machinery ‘revolted’ against people’s government, must take cognisance of such unfair and manipulated election. Even after mass support, victory may not be assured and after making government, it may face Salvador Allende’s path in Chile, murder of revolution!

There are 1000s of them, where one can gaze the standard of low language and glee. Even media like Times Now joins the chorus (Read the last Twit). Some of them are so abusive that they cannot be reproduced here. Such and filthier comments are on FB and other social media also!

Many questions arise here. Even though our country does not have people’s democracy (Otherwise how do you justify more than 8 Crore homeless destitute and 10 Crore child labours with enough wealth to feed them for decades), such acts do not commensurate with our tradition. Are such acts of violence on social media or in fields spontaneous or engineered?

Many of us may not remember, in previous election, when India Shining flopped, the goons of RSS and BJP thrashed people on roads in Bihar, elsewhere and even manhandled common man openly as they thought ‘their victory’ was sure. Did not Bala Sahib Thakre show his anger when few of SS goons were arrested and criticised his own government by saying what’s the benefit of having own government??

Something is very funny. Congress and other parties are very corrupt and work for big corporates like Ambani, yet when they are on verge of getting victory or when they are in power, such open fascism is not common. What is difference in BJP/RSS and others? Once they sense power, their behaviours is that of low level street urchins!  Top leaders deny that these goons are from their party or may even support them like in case of Amit Shah, who openly advocated revenge of Jats’ murder in Muzaffarnagar riot!!!!!!!!

Yes, these goons are trained by RSS and they follow RSS culture of violence and low level acts on social media and in fields and they are paid for such acts and our judicial system fails to punish them due its failure to provide justice to common man!

What is reaction of middle class intelligentsia? Some of these pseudo ‘thinkers’ are for big corporates in name of freedom of market, freedom of speech and few of them for so called ‘Hindu Rashtra’ being panacea. BJP is alternate of Congress, who openly support big corporates, MNCs, FDI and hence becomes adorable for some of middle class as well, especially in urban cities.

This culture of power and vandalism has not only developed in India but in entire 3^rd world countries and even in some developed countries. The chain of power and money percolates from the top big corporates to street goons via politicians and bureaucrats, works well to control the vast majority of people and during the rise of people works to divide them on religious, caste and regional line!

Such acts, except few, are planned, paid and executed. How effective are these to demoralise the opposition or even turn away the supporters from the victim? As per me, these acts only help them to keep their own goons with them and is not likely to deter the vast majority of population to stop supporting their party just because some anti-social elements have attacked their leaders.

However, it’s not the mass, which can comprehend this phenomenon holistically, but has to be understood by the leaders who wish to lead the revolution and then lead the mass in right direction! Hope this movement of AAP, since Anna’s movement for JLPB, learns enough lessons to counter such fascistic and anti-democratic peculiarity of our society, of corrupt, criminal parties, whose base lies in economy, funded by big corporates to control the mass and continue exploiting them without much hindrance!!

Gopinath Munde Misbehaves with Heptr Pilots

Reported first in Guild for Helicopter Professionals of India:- Just recd this redirected message from Capt Bhatikar who is flying with Hiranandani Guys regret to inform you the black side of politician Gopinath Munde during this election flight in which he threaten our flight crew and his men thrashed our pilot and engineer, both are injured now. This happened on 03 April 2014 at Beed (which is his home district). Our chopper has picked him up from Juhu at 1300 hrs and landed at 1445 hrs after it was suppose to go to Parli as per the Programme provided to us in advance. In the last minute Munde revised the programme and ask the pilot to take him to other place, which pilot refused because of clearance issue. He all of a sudden started abusing Pilots”tum log jute khane wala kaam kar rahe ho, humane paise deke helicopter bulaya hai, ye(aircraft) gadi hai aur tum driver ho, mein jab chahe jahan chahe jane ko bol sakta hoon, aur tumhe Jana padega” . Our Pilot request him to behave, he went away furiously threatening them by road, after 05 minutes some twenty people came at the aircraft and started thrashing Pilot and when our AME came in between they thrashed him too. Guys we have refused to fly this man and request you all also to beware of this man and donot risk your life flying this man. Our pilot has informed DGCA and other relevant body and we are committed to raise it to another level through our RWSI channel.

Bloody Revolution to Counter 1984/2002 Riots??

Its not a simple blot on Indian democratic, secular, socialist society but it was outright murder of Indian society, which was engineered by Congress/RSS and their agents. Even the big corporates helped in entire venture to capture the Indian market, national wealth!
Indian people are being attacked not only by the longest recession since 2008, but extreme greed by the big corporates, like Ambani/Adani/Tata, their agents Congress, BJP and whole lot of their allies! Crores of women are forced to adopt prostitution and children to work in fields, houses and factories, to satisfy their greed of amassing wealth with their foreign masters!
AAP was an attempt to stop such brazen loot and murder of people but that is being attacked by the combination of all other parties, bureaucrats, foreign masters, yet hope is alive for a true democratic, progressive forces to give a befitting reply to fascists, murderers!
If this revolution fails like 1974-77, which was of course doomed to fail due composition of its leaders; RSS, Jan Sangh, SPI, Cong(O) etc, next will be bloody revolution to end exploiters of all form for a true people's rule!

Downfall of Modi

To understand Modi phenomenon, we must understand the global economic recession or say economic slowdown. Yes, India is a part of this event and more so after 1992 when the so called economic reform started.  1992 was part of neo liberalism, which advocated business without intervention of government, which in reality meant open corruption by the business class. Not that earlier, these exploiters were doing the business honestly but it was a means to break the national barriers of developing nations, where some governments and opposition made hue and cry on FDIs and MNCs and created hindrance to own businessmen letting open loot of national wealth!

Bureaucracy was another hindrance, which wanted share in loot. Workers, on the other hand, was desperate due extreme exploitation which resulted from unemployment, lowering of direct wages and indirectly due rising inflammation, bureaucratic coercion, humiliation, corruption and were rising world over against state and corporates’ tyranny.

This led to neo-liberalism, a well-planned move by Imperialists and ensured its extension through their puppet governments, corporates and opposition. Here starts story of Narendra Modi in India!

2008 started economic slowdown but unlike 2000 and earlier in 1992, boom did not follow according to the economic cycle since 200 years. GDP showed decline and Corporates lovers MMS and others were restless. BJP saw a chance to rise as an alternate to Congress but they did not have any alternate to Congress’ philosophy. Readers may remember Shatrughan Sinha and Arun Shourie’s statement who declared both the parties same and their economic and foreign policies are same! Religiosity and national chauvinism had been their pet slogan to attract masses. Something more was needed and that was personality cult and LK Advani had run out the charisma, who had ensured earlier BJP led central government. Modi fitted in this frame and BJP happily granted more than 400 Crore for his propaganda which also included, change of his face so that people do find this 2002 blood stained man bit presentable! So there comes Modi on national level with branded and foreign level goggles, watch, prepared lectures, yet with blunders which BJP tries to cover with hired goons and hired social media trolls who not only keep chanting NAMO but join together in abusing the critics with lowest level possible and physically assault (Slightly different than what Congressmen do when Rahul Gandhi talks rubbish)!

As far as Corporates and FDI agencies are concerned, they sensed pretty well that the Congress will not be able to form government this time and as far as 3^rd front is concerned, may not be good news for their drooping profit(Call if GDP?). Left was no threat to their hegemony or control over the Indian government but AAP came forth with such a force that it posed great danger to their unchallenged rule. AAP party not only exposed Vadra, Gadkari but also Ambani!! This was unacceptable, and Modi was selected by them to replace Congress and keep AAP at bay. Help of RSS, their owned media, few foreign media and businessmen was sought and the personality cult was boosted and what comes out is Modi, who has aura of 2002 riots, so called Gujarat Model of development(Which has been exposed beyond any repair) and ability to yap(This again has landed him in utter disgrace on many occasions).

Whatever, this is Modi!! But what now? Arvind Kejriwal has declared to fight against Modi from Varanasi and Modi was so scared, that he did send his intelligence to access the danger level. Vadodara, so far has no real threat to Modi but surely, people of Gujarat are rallying with AAP and that includes common man, peasants, workers, youth and students! Whether AAP succeeds in taking the revolution forward, which started more than 2 years back to fight for JLPB in Ram Lila Maidan, but has surely shocked the classical politics of India, which permitted the existing parties to rule India peacefully and not only exploit people but also loot them directly!

Modi’s charishma is exposed and his advisers are desperately trying to get his influence back but lacks shine. Paid crowd, paid media, paid goons, collection of corrupt and criminal politicians from other parties, rhetoric, national chauvinism, religiosity, very filthy abuses by supporters on social media and in society will fail if fascism is unnatural to Indian society and democratic, secular, socialist, sovereign India as elucidated in preamble of Indian constitution has to survive!

Anna Supports Mamta! End of Anna?

Anna opposes joining politics, as to him its root cause of corruption and hence decided to be away from it on all cost. Fine, same logic applied to AK for having formed a political party and Anna maintains a distance. But Mamta is different as she agreed to his points and wears Chappals, but can her past be forgotten, where she allied to UPA and NDA to remain in power, and that is her sole aim, to remain in power! Is this not her sheer opportunism?

Yet, Anna declares his support for Mamta, that too for PM!! And on close heals, Shahi Imam too declares her as great secular person and candidate for PM! Any political analyst will discard the idea of Mamta becoming PM of India as her party TMC’s presence is negligible out of Bengal!

Reason is apparently different. Many other aspects of Mamta's administration exposed her fickle mindedness, dictatorship and her aversion to a good governance. Now undiluted JLPB is no more a bone of contention for any political party as Jokepal is accepted by Anna and the corrupt parties as well, including Lalu, Modi, so Mamta is happy allying with Anna, maybe she manages to become a national leader and her party may again share government at centre!

Anna has harmed AAP in past wittingly or unwittingly, as he did in Delhi VS election that too just in nick of time to harm AAP maximum and it did harm!

After resignation of AK and AAP government in Delhi, people, specially youths and students have been allying with this party en mass not only for a corruption free India but also to teach anti-people Congress and BJP!

This has been visible, not only in metropolitan cities but in rural areas as well. Swelling of its membership in UP, Bihar, NE India, South, Gujarat has been a great worry for BJP and its strategist including RSS. Incidentally, RSS claims to be behind the success of Anna's movement for JLPB!

So, the hunt for an alternate was going on for some time and TMC popped up as a common choice. Bengal was not a green pasture for BJP and Modi's rally was a big flop in Kolkata. That was a joker in the pack, which could be used anywhere and was readily acceptable to BJP strategists to counter AAP, as Mamta will willingly ally with BJP (or even Congress) to from a government in centre. BJP butchered Gujarat Lokayukta and which along with Congress helps crony capitalism to usurp greater profit on cost of common man, peasants and workers! I do not have to guess the role of Kiran Bedi, VK Singh, etc!

Bukhari's support to Mamta came as surprise but we can guess, its strategy to counter AAP and sure enough, he is going to support Congress in other parts of India! Its business and power politics!

Well, whatever, the strategy may be of the anti-AAP think tanks, it failed on 12March, 2014 in Ramlila Maidan, when Anna failed to arrive there though Mamta did arrive, late, and declared that this was not her party’s gathering but that of Anna to the crowd which was not even in 4 figures. Anna’s aid said he was not well to attend the meeting but later Anna himself said that there was no crowd and even later he clarified that he was cheated!!!!!!!!!!

I had been a fan of Anna and one of the faceless agitator in Ramlila maidan and other parts of Delhi, but now I feel for the greater cause of India and its common citizens, we must distance from him, his vision and his tactics and sadly from his leadership. His role with our revolution is over and though there is no need to confront him as he is still revered among mass and youths but our path must be independent of him! AAP must distance from him in the greater interest of revolution for common man, as a single mistake will harm the cause irreparably and we have seen that in past! Worse, he is blunting mass revolution and fine distinction between AAP and others!

I am sure, AAP top and young leaders are aware of this very crucial matter, must be contemplating ways to counter this “menace” but only advise to them is, do not delay in this matter, becoming ostrich will only harm AAP and a difficult and rare opportunity to bring Swaraj!

Kejriwal in Gujarat, Modi's Blunder!

On 05 March, 2014 AK entered Gujarat as planned and as planned covertly by Modi and “his” administration, he was detained by police and taken to police station but as would have been, they back tracked and released him. Initially, they claimed that AK and his team were breaking the code of conduct laid by the election commission, which was in vogue since 1200 hrs. But again, the police said they did not detain him but only took him for his security. In between, they also claimed that he was taken to police station to save him or people from the traffic congestion! This was first blunder of Modi and his strategists!

Immediately, Delhi AAP called protest at BJP’s office and seeing a massive turn out, BJP leaders along with their goons attacked AAP volunteers with stones, chairs etc, and got some in retaliation! Second blunder!

After effects were also seen in Lucknow, Allahabad, Patna etc but what is important is its political fallout!

BJP leaders in their hurry to show their militancy and support to Modi, attacked AAP and called it Maoists, Naxals, anarchists and a party which never believes in Constitution! This is the 3rd blunder of Modi and his planners!

Few quotes here is necessary to see how much do BJP believes in democracy and democratic institution!

Golwalkar in 1940 addressing RSS cadres said- RSS inspired by one flag, one leader and one ideology is lighting the flame of Hindutva in each and every corner of this land. (Collected works of Golwalkar, Vol 1, p 11, Bhartiya Vichar Sadhana, ND). Incidentally “one flag, one leader and one ideology” was battle cry of Nazis and Fascists in first half of 20^th century!

So, the RSS, Jan Sangh and later BJP, which was formed after destroying 1974-77 revolution, has roots in not democracy but in dictatorship and fascism.

BJP came to power by destroying Babar Masjid and later riding over polarisation of 2002 riots. Now this party, incensed by Arvind Kejriwal’s visit to Gujarat and the fear of being exposed; Modi’s lies on so called development.

Where did Modi and his administration go wrong? In haste to disrupt AK’s road show, they detained him but did not realise, it may backfire and that too not only in Gujarat but in the entire country. Countering AAP further, it not only attacked them in Delhi, but in Lucknow, Allahabad, Patna etc in hope of intimidating the volunteers of a revolutionary party but failed. In turn, AAP workers are infuriated and this anger will be channelized into changing the system, rather blow it out in countering vandalism!

Here, I will like to analyse, the lull period of AAP, which started after resignation of the Delhi government till recently, when party was undergoing process of selection of candidates, strengthening the party structure and formulating its strategy. The top leadership was busy in these activities and media management, the lower and middle class workers felt neglected. I would prefer to say, they were action less and idle. We must remember, revolution does not wait for someone or some party to be led, it goes into oblivion, if not used.

Another very important reason for this lull moment in AAP volunteers was “lateral entry” of few, who not only hogged lime lights on media etc but also were given preference as candidates and party leadership, and the grass root workers were ignored. I am aware, this will be refuted by top leaders but if one mingles AAP members at lower level offices like Nazafgarh, Palam, South Delhi, etc and even out of Delhi, this feeling was evident.

This incidence of Gujarat, galvanised the original volunteers of AAP along with new ones and that can be seen not only in Delhi but elsewhere. This is where Modi and his strategist failed and helped wave of AAP to rise once again!!

 

What next? There is hardly time for the election to start and formulate any new strategy! Aap ki Kranti seems to be main journal of AAP and is widely published but seems its circulation has dwindled. It’s not even supplemented by pamphlets, which was most needed to keep AAP supporters united, though they have many online web pages. Journals, legal or illegal, had been back bone of any revolution. Yes, electronic social media has replaced it somehow, but yet not only in rural but in urban India, people do read these papers and attach big value to them. Still, in evening, one can see on road side tea stalls, small gathering with few pages of newspaper and discussing with great interest. These people follow the revolution and ensure its victory.

Greater transparency, guidance, reach to remote areas, nookad sabhas, door to door campaign had been strength of AAP and must be pursued with vigour. Legal knowledge of election process, restrictions etc, surprising is better known to the AAP cadres compared to those of Congress and BJP as latter members do not hesitate in breaking the code of conduct regularly but everyone is ready with magnifying glass to raise finger on emerging AAP!

I was not to make here, lessons for AAP but just to enumerate few points which I found in continuation with 1974-77 rise and yet different due rise of social media and other aspects of changing time!

Modi’s rise has hit its worst speed breaker and BJP is fuming on AAP for destroying its dream to capture central power and replace Congress as corporate’s favourite, be it Indian or MNCs! Crucial time for Corporates, which though till now, have failed to realise that AAP is not against capitalism but its side effects, like inflation, unemployment, corruption. This last point is raised by the Leftist and claim that AAP is only to purify Capitalism, but when it’s their turn, they join Congress in name of keeping BJP out of power and even 3^rd front which is nothing but amalgam of equally opportunists and corrupts to share power and loot! Left has lost their revolutionary ethos and are busy trying to remain relevant.

Arvind Kejriwal entry into Gujarat is another master stroke, which has unnerved Narendra Modi and his planners, and only time will tell, that too very shortly, if they can recover the acceleration, which they had managed on lies, rhetoric and personality cult and are on downhill!

Operation Prime Minister

Operation Prime Minister has shaken the very foundation of democracy's strong pillar, which is media.
Incidentally, this pillar was under attack for being paid, on which, in one of my article, I had said that our understanding must be different. Media is a business and many big corporates have invested into it and it's management will be responsible to their masters for the profit and their character. Doing favour to any one must be linked to profit, basic motto of any business.
Now, hue and cry is not for making money or being biased but distorting survey in favour of political parties who pay for it!! Meaning corruption has made deep inroads into media and many are showing their shock!
I am not shocked. Today, judiciary, military, police, bureaucrats, worse law makers are corrupt, in nut shell all institutions dealing with the society or democracy are corrupts and even house criminals, I do not have to provide data as to how many law makers are charged with criminal cases including rapes!
Just in short, our democracy has failed and no reform can make if healthy.
Only solution is mass revolution, peaceful if allowed, other wise it may turn out to be violent!

AAP Government Forced to Resign!

 

It was unheard of, that a government of less than 2 months old, being targeted by all opponents, media and few internal traitors for not fulfilling its manifesto promises. In fact these united anti AAP political parties started this drama only after 2 weeks that AAP has failed on all accounts!!!

It will not be surprising that these vultures never read the AAP manifesto and neither supported any act by this government whether work or decisions which it undertook in such a short time!

Drafting of JLPB and Swaraj act was one of the finest act it did, for which AAP came into existence. Here it won’t be out of context to remind readers that even Anna joined, wittingly or unwittingly, opposition to malign AAP government and recently advocated Kejriwal to emulate central JLPB which is not more than Jokepal! He declared his unhappiness on its performance as well, though he appreciated Swaraj draft!

Media was gaga on exposing whether AK applied for 5 bedroom accommodation or not, whether other ministers took government vehicles or not, why ministers making rounds of colonies and hutments, illegal sex/drug rackets, why electricity and water subsidy was being given to common man, why AK sat on Dharanas for demanding action against erring police and full statehood to Delhi and other 100s of misinformation and lies by not only Congress and BJP’s small and medium level leaders but even the top leaders! Imagine Modi giving statement that death of Lido was national shame, who himself is sitting on murders of thousands of innocent women and children in 2002 and who is desperately trying to evict minority Sikh farmers from Gujarat who are settlers there since decades!

Not to be out done, President too joined the band wagon by advising the ‘anarchist’ AK to follow constitution. Who will remind the Congress that it is sole party, besides BJP, to destroy constitution, LS, CAG, judiciary etc for their corrupt and criminal aims? What happened in LS on 13 Feb, 2014, that is pepper spray by MP and previously watching porn video in VS was not for people’s cause!

Here is another point to remember, that the Congress, BJP and all their other allies are for the corporates and their sole aim is to enhance their profit rates. The so called concern of falling GDP or growth rate is not for the people but for the corporates who receive huge subsidy from these parties and in turn get huge donations! AAP opposed such mal practices and was only party to advocate national wealth for the mass!

In passing, readers will appreciate, corporates’ controlled media was ‘friendly’ to AAP after its great performance in Delhi VS election but went against it once it cancelled FDI licence and FICCI showed its unhappiness with this decision. AAP’s members like Capt Gopi Nath too opposed its stand on FDI!

There was another hue and cry on AAP’s stand on Khap, where AAP supported villager’s right to assemble and take useful decisions, where there was not even a whimper when others supported it full-fledged even after SC verdict to scrap its existence!

Whatever, the rising popularity and AAP membership swelling more than 1 Crore by the end of January, 2014 was shocking to the existing ‘classical’ political parties and worse was its resolve to implement is manifesto including JLPB, Swaraj, FDI! This government went beyond unimaginable barrier of “gentle” politics of corrupts and criminals and gave a lesson to masses on how to revolt against established method of exploitation! This was unacceptable to the corrupts and criminals and the entire existing parties, their henchmen, police, bureaucrats, men holding constitutional posts like LG, President united tacitly to discredit AAP and demolish it. Surely Corporations’ fund and ‘instructions’ too mobilised these parasites.

We have seen such acts in past in various other countries like Iran in 1934, Venezuela, Nicaragua etc where Imperialists joined to demolish ‘revolutionary’ or even those government which opposed loot of people’s wealth. Here, we do not have direct foreign hands to join local politics but FDI episode and FICCI, Gopinath opposing AAP points a united front. Kejriwal’s outburst on Congress, BJP on their tacit silence on whistle-blower Snowden’s asylum bid to India could be another ground for suspicion. AAP’s order to audit Discom and Ambani’s controlled electricity Co could be another reason for opponents’ grand unity!

Once again, US Ambassador meeting Modi could have such backgrounds in minds of US/EU merchants!

Whatever, the AAP government since its inception had seeds of instability, which Kiran Bedi was very fond of ‘exposing’ and advocating support in favour of Modi! Yet, the common man, peasants and workers love AAP for its resolve to work in their favour! Coming LS election they are going to give massive support to the new unconventional party, though it’s difficult to forecast any number in its favour, but can be anywhere between 100 and 200 as of now!

People are politically conscious today, like in 1974-77, and the ‘misinformation’ by the opponents are only strengthening their resolves to vote AAP!  What these vultures, surviving on dead bodies, did in Delhi Vidhan Sabhato to defeat JLPB, was being seen by the people of Delhi and India and will not forget this for ever!

Khap in Modern India!

Recent statement by Arvind kejriwal and Yogendra Yadav on Khap that people have right to assemble, started huge discussion on electronic and social media. Hitherto, most of the political parties have been supporting Khap for political mileage but never had been such hue and cry. This shows that AAP has identified itself with revolution, modernity and with poor, exploited class and those who oppose AAP have an opportunity to exploit this!

Well, my article is not to support AAP’s stand here but to analyse the history, present and future of Khap and help politically or socially conscious people to form some opinion about it?

Khap is an old institution, probably more than 400-500 years. This came into existence to help a village or a settlement to resolve issues or disputes arising among themselves. This of course could not have been planned institution like in modern era, but evolved through generations and what we see today, was definitely not there in earlier times. Its sole role was to administer themselves and we can even call it a form of Swaraj.

As time passed, it was natural for Khap to encompass social and economic element. Politics might not have been part of it till recent times as we see it today.

Few days back I was in a small meeting of AAP, Matiyala constitution (encompassing most part of Dwrka), comprising 50-60 volunteers, I raised this subject. Almost everyone agreed with the AAP’s stand on Khap, yet few wanted to abolish it, at least in phased manner, if not immediately!

Khap’s politicisation, especially after Independence, has given it a powerful authority to control the village or villages that it administers. How this came into being? Khap was respected for its quick and somewhat unbiased decisions which helped to maintain ‘law and order’ along with its old culture and superstitious faiths. Its orders or diktats were honoured, failing which the culprits were even punished through social boycott which also naturally included economic punishment!

Politicians found it very convenient to approach them and muster votes of entire community. Bribing few was easier than fulfilling the manifesto for the entire community. In turn, the Khap also managed to get political and police plus administrative support for its legal and if required illegal acts. Here started criminal activities, as Khap was approached by two rival political groups and that made what we have the ‘modern Khap’. Now Khap was controlled by influential few!

Supreme Court: - Hindu reported on 20 April, 2011-

This is wholly illegal and has to be ruthlessly stamped out. There is nothing honourable in honour killing or other atrocities and, in fact, it is nothing but barbaric and shameful murder. Other atrocities in respect of the personal lives of people committed by brutal, feudal-minded persons deserve harsh punishment. Only this way can we stamp out such acts of barbarism and feudal mentality. Moreover, these acts take the law into their own hands, and amount to kangaroo courts, which are wholly illegal.

This sums up the present day “Modern Khap” and the apex court’s understanding and desire to stamp out this rogue entity!! By the way, Khap continues working under the garb of Panchayat or the gatherings of people to do local justice, (may not be as open as Salava Judum in Maoists infected area, started by Congress and continued by BJP but declared illegal by SC) and criminal acts in crushing love marriages if its inter caste or in same Gotra, in name of maintaining purity of the community!

In passing, we will see what is Gotra or clan? It is descendants of a common mother since ages, when concept of father did not exist, as there did not exist the concept of one man and one woman or what we see today as marriage institution. Gotra was first negation of man and woman getting married, during development of human beings, in a group after negating marriage in two generations. This in simple words means, humans stopped marrying their own parents or children and later brothers and sisters. Gotra meant all offspring of a common mother and marriage was not permissible among them. However, this natural understanding of Gotra is not understood by most of the sociologists and they take it as common descendants of man or Rishi-Muni and as a planned outcome and not as part of evolution!

Almost all political parties have openly supported Khap, but hue and cry on media started after Yogendra Yadav, leader of AAP, told that Khap has some positives!

Supporting Khap’s role in society, he had maintained that such panchayats help in bringing together people and resolving their issues. However, he said that Khaps “indulging in activities not permitted under law was intolerable”

Later, clarifying its stand on Khap panchayats, the Aam Aadmi Party said any organisation that sought to use coercion, violated the law and defended murders was “absolutely unconstitutional”

Well, Khap is an organisation, which has lasted 400-500 years and has undergone massive changes. Initially and till approx. 50-60 years back it might have been helpful for the community or larger part of society, but now has run out of its usefulness and has become hindrance in the progress to society from where it sprang. It has become part of political and economic outfit to keep the people divided in name of caste or religion and sabotage their unity to fight against the exploitative society, which is desirable by the corrupt political parties and their bosses, the big corporates.

A womb, is useful to the foetus for approx. 9 months but later it becomes hindrance to the child as well as the mother. The Khap is hub centre of reaction in rural areas of Harayana, Western UP and many other parts of India and needs to be weeded out. AAP intention is good and wants to curb the illegal portion of it, but will it succeed in doing so with existing corrupt system?

Further, if we have Gram and Mohalla sabha and elected panchayats, do we need this Khap? Not to my mind, best, it may be left to the evolving society which is undergoing a massive turbulent changes and which wants freedom from economic, social and political chains! Another option is to demolish Khap in bit slow but steady manner in competition with other Swaraj outfits and strict law and order through people’s government. But whatever the manner, we must say good bye to Khap!

Two Norwegian politicians have nominated E Joseph Snowden for Nobel Peace Prize on 29 Jan, 2014. He was given various awards earlier, in the stiff face of US opposition! This news demands an in-depth analysis of whistle blowers and their effect.

Whistle blowers have been in prominence in media in recent times and has caught imagination of middle class as well as that of intelligentsia. Reason has been due Arvind Kejriwal’s various expose in India and the great work of Assange Julian, E Joseph Snowden, Bradley Manning etc., internationally, which has shaken the world and of course has put the nature of democracy in question.

What is the meaning of whistle blower? An informant who exposes wrongdoing within an organization in the hope of stopping it. Also we must know that this act is not pardonable by any government or law as they take it as treachery and these informant gets no monetary benefit. US government trial of Manning is clear indication of it. US and its allies grounded aeroplane of Bolivian President passing through Europe’s air space in hope of capturing Snowden!

WikiLeaks created by Snowden was the first International whistle-blower in recent times, which created massive leakage of US secret ways of working and it embarrassed not only other countries which were exposed but US as well in relation to others.

It was a major blow to US democratic face, exposed by Snowden when he showed the world how US was spying people of its own country in addition to other countries through their Face Book, Twitter, or any other social media, e-mails or even their telephones. These data’s were collected in millions or even in billions.

To give insight on whistle Blowers, I quote, University of California anthropologist Mark Mason in Russia Today:-

“Bradley Manning is a civil liberties hero. He will go down in history. People will be reading about him two hundred years from now about sacrifices of Bradley Manning, Edward Snowden and other whistle-blowers of this period, Daniel Ellsberg and others. He has sacrificed his future for defending the right of Americans to know about US war crimes, this comes back to the larger context here, that we have the wrong person in the court. George Bush should be sitting in a court room facing charges for war crimes. And this is a story that will be told hundreds of years from now about the courageous acts of Bradley Manning.”

What followed was mass demonstration by people in EU, South American countries, UK and even in USA! Many puppet governments, like Germany, France had to ‘show’ their anger to pacify their revolting citizens. Indian government, including opposition too maintained low except giving mild statement against this spying. What was the outcome? US government and its puppet governments and its aided corporates of 3^rd world on one side and the world citizens on other side which was evident by the social media which was under criminal surveillance!

Whether whistle blowers will be remembered later in future or not, there are 2 things to ponder. Firstly these brave men are extremely motivated to expose crimes of Imperialist USA and allies for democratic cause and brave enough to put their lives on bet for human kinds.

Secondly, these young ones are not very well read in philosophy or experienced in politics to lead humans for better society ideologically like Marx or Gandhi but due the vastness of their act, encompassing not only US but larger parts of the world, they tend to lead mass or at least ignite revolution and finally to a real democracy.

Example of above is AAP in India!

The fires in whistle blowers or say journalists, working in some sleuth organisation where they had availability of massive information, forced them to alert the world the dangerous situation they were living in. These information are not to counter terrorism but to locate revolutionary mass and liquidate them by subversion and other means before they succeeded. This also helps Imperialists to control 3rd world country’s government and through them their natural resources, market and weaken competition posed by newly emerging corporates in these countries.

Outcome of such whistle blowing is open for most of us to grasp. Some of the outcome includes exposing the nature of Compradors who openly supported US. In fact some of them sounded apologetic while some others were relieved to tell the US and allies, look we did not hide anything from you!! India topped all of them in showing its sycophancy. Only party to oppose Indian Government and support Snowden was AAP!!

The world today sounds Unipolar but many small poles co-exist like Russia, China and even EU which keep struggling against US or among themselves for controlling world’s natural wealth. Additionally we can name few those countries who proudly are for their people and naturally against US like some Latin Americans and N Korea! Whistle blowers have major responsibly to expose nexus between the Imperialists and the bourgeois class to exploit workers, peasants and the natural wealth. Indian mining is good example to show how our ruling class sells our natural wealth to foreign countries on huge profit by giving minimum wages to workers, using political parties and state machineries who by our constitution are supposed to aid the Capital and its owners and not common man.

Finally while I support Whistle blowers actively, I am for mass revolution world over to free human kind from economic, political slavery and end the rule of traitors of our own nations who sell our wealth to MNCs and keep us divided in name of religion, caste etc. and those of Imperialists who have made life of 3rd world country’s citizens as well as their own citizens worse than destitute!

Lastly, AAP, which has shown its courage and resolve to re-establish Indian Sovereignty, is only party due its vision, policy and strength to counter imperialist’s hegemony and bring real democracy in India.

Kashmir a Black Hole?

Is Kashmir a Black Hole? Is there any Solution?

Kashmir, in two parts, is a hot potato for both the countries and are not able to find any solution due their own created cobwebs. Both Indian and Pakistani ruling and their opposition parties, survive on national chauvinism and cannot let this “dead agenda” liquidate from their manifesto and try their best, maintaining it “burning agenda”! National chauvinism pays more to the ruling class than religiosity on occasions!

Kashmir was integrated into India, with some conditions including referendum. These conditions have become obsolete. That is different that as a principle, people of a nation should have right to secede and by the way most of Indians agree on this as far as Tibet is concerned!

Nehru failed to go for plebiscite due fear of losing Kashmir after lots of deliberation and later on, due many wars with Pakistan and internal terrorism or Kashmir freedom fight, Indian rulers had never courage to go for it. In 1981, when I was there for approximately a month, I was of view that Kashmiris preferred to be with India or independent rather go with Pakistan. Much later, in 1995-97, when I was posted there, I found changes in their views. I found more Kashmiris wanted independence rather be with India and even lesser with Pakistan. Since I did not make any data, I cannot provide in form of percentage as is fashion on TV these days.

Today what is the opinion of the people of Kashmir, I do not know. However, the recent two statements by Prashant Bhushan of AAP changed “cold agenda” into “burning agenda”.

As far as Prashant Bhushan is concerned he did not say something which asked Kashmiris to secede from India. Again, AFSPA in NE India, as I have seen in 1998-99, was grossly misused and all demands to repel is not looked into. No one has cared to even meet Irom Sharmila, who is fasting for more than 12 years! Armed forces, when fighting against internal LICO (Low Intensity Conflict Operation), bound to make some collateral damages! Our government, in no case is pro-people and its only interest is to “manage” profit rate of corporates and GDP and their own bank balances, which is evident by phenomenal rise of AAP!

Whatever view I am going to give about Kashmir, or what Kashmiris would decide for themselves regarding their wish to continue with us or not, has been made farce by the political parties and few of their goons! These political vultures have becomes relevant by the corporate controlled media by raising national chauvinism! If we really had a democratic and people’s party, caring for the people, their first act would have been to make Swaraj work! Further no harm knowing people’s need or wish in form of not only food, clothes, shelter but security, internal or external as well. Why not to take their mandate as far as foreign policy is concerned along with economy, FDI, MNCs?

If we have right to vote and make you minister, you do not become god, but very well remain under us, the people, and must let us know what are you doing with our foreign and security policies and if we find you erring, we have right to  force you to change or otherwise you quit! That is democracy!!

Be in Kashmir, NE India, Telangana, or elsewhere, chauvinism will not do. People must get the basics and as we progress, our right to rule the country internally as well as externally must be established.   Kashmiris are not mad people and neither religious maniac to want to secede but will like to remain with the rest of the people who give them equal right and respect! I am sure, even the people of occupied Kashmir will like to join the main stream! Wish more people understand this in addition to Prashant Bhushan, and not only AAP but other democratic parties must be forced to shun this chauvinism based on religion, region, and caste!

People want change, want basic necessities to be fulfilled, live in peace and harmony and in fact India is changing, so there will be solution of not only Kashmir (say J & K) but rest of the country!

Kashmir is not a black hole but very well an open question and solution exists if democratic way is applied!
